Technical Assistance To Develop E-Portal, Digital Platform, Harmonization Of ICT Processes And Simplified Digitalized Services For The Government Of Belize

Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must be legally incorporated in eligible countries as specified by the Inter-American Development Bank policies. They should demonstrate relevant experience in designing and implementing digital platforms, particularly working with open-source technologies and digital services. They must possess expertise in platform architecture, integration of digital services, and providing maintenance and support. Firms can form joint ventures or engage subconsultants to enhance qualifications. The nationality of a joint venture firm will be determined by its representative country.
