Provision of Two (2) 8 MVA Substation Transformers

Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations for this tender are those registered as legal entities in Bank member countries, with more than 50% ownership by individuals or companies from these countries. The bidding organization can be a single entity or a joint venture, with each member satisfying the nationality criteria. Eligible organizations must demonstrate previous experience, having completed two similar supplies in the past five years. The transformers must meet defined technical specifications, including operational and performance standards like ONAN type specifications and compliance with ANSI, IEC standards. The bidding process requires adherence to high ethical standards, with the expectation to permit Bank audits or inspections if necessary. Moreover, bidders must provide necessary authorizations for sub-contractors and meet all detailed legal and financial autonomy criteria if a state-owned enterprise is involved.
