Supply and Delivery of E-Learning Devices for Secondary Schools (5,000 Chromebooks)

Eligibility criteria: Eligible bidders must originate from countries that meet the criteria set in the Inter-American Development Bank’s procurement policies. Organizations must demonstrate financial stability through audited financial statements for the past three years (2022, 2023, 2024) or equivalent documentation acceptable to the purchaser. Specific experience in executing at least two contracts in the past five years, each valued at a minimum of BZ$750,000, that are similar in scope and complexity involving IT or electronic equipment like laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, or related ICT devices is required. In the case of a joint venture, these criteria may be collectively met by the consortium members. A margin of preference for domestically manufactured goods will not be applied. There are no costs associated with obtaining the bidding documents.
