Eligibility criteria: Eligible entities must be consulting firms from one of the Bank's member countries or territories listed, which include countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The firms should have at least 10 years of experience in hydraulic engineering consultancy projects in inland river basins, ideally within Latin America and the Caribbean. The track record should include solid expertise in the design and dimensioning of hydraulic infrastructures such as reservoirs, channels, dikes, flow control structures, hydrological and hydraulic studies, along with numerical modeling of flow and transport. Experience in highly complex basins and high sediment loads is particularly valued. Additionally, eligible consulting firms may form a Consortium or Joint Venture (JV) to enhance qualifications, with one firm designated as the representative responsible for communications and document submissions. They must have a Business Partner Number added to their profile in the BEO Portal to be eligible to participate or continue participating in a BEO procurement process by the specified deadline. Preparation for registration or profile update is mandatory to be able to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). The budget estimation for the project is $285,000. The interested ECs may provide proof of related consultancy experience, demonstrate relevant technical knowledge, and should be prepared to submit comprehensive documentation demonstrating their qualifications. Coordination with local socio-economic and environmental contexts is essential, and partnerships or expertise in these areas will be a favorable criterion.
