Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must be legally based or incorporated in countries permitted under the Inter-American Development Bank's (IDB) consultant selection policies. Interested consulting firms may also form joint ventures or partnerships, or include subcontractors, to enhance their qualifications. The SOC must have the capacity for 24/7 operations and provide services in the Spanish language. Any joint venture must designate the lead firm's nationality for eligibility purposes. The eligibility criteria dictate that firms demonstrate relevant experience and necessary qualifications to provide the required consultancy services. The consultancy service is estimated to have a budget of USD 13,002,825, which includes all applicable taxes and must be executed flexibly within the consultant's premises. The selection will follow IDB's outlined procedures, requiring expression of interest by July 10, 2025, submitted to the designated email or physical address.
