The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received Loan from the World Bank IDA Credit No.7594-KH toward the cost of Cambodia Water Security Improvement Project (CaWSIP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the Contract for Supply and Delivery of 3 Pick-up Trucks (Ref: MAFF-G-001).

Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of the World Bank.

Submission Requirements
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given during official government working hours from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Bids must be delivered to the address at or before July 22, 2025 @ 10:00 AM (local time) late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and the project's beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend shall be allowed to be present in person at the address given below on July 22, 2025 @ 10:00 AM (local time).

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be collected by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address provided in the contact details. The Bidding Documents shall be collected in person.
