National Consultant for Development of M&E Diploma Material

Objectives: The main objective of this assignment is to develop a National Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Diploma, which will be the first of its kind in Egypt, aimed at enhancing the capacity of government officials in M&E. This diploma is intended to support the newly established M&E units within the Egyptian government under the guidance of UNDP Egypt and the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development. The successful development of this diploma is expected to contribute to the broader goal of improving government performance in alignment with sustainable development and efficient public investment management. The assignment involves creating educational content in both English and Arabic, including learning objectives, sessions, PowerPoint training materials, academic resources, quizzes, exams, and teaching guides for three modules covering Results-Based Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
