LBN-CO-IC-130-25 National Senior Behavioral Diagnostics for AntiCorruption and Governance Consultant

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has initiated the "Anti-Corruption for Trust in Lebanon Project" to combat corruption comprehensively across Lebanon. Launched in June 2020, this project aligns with Lebanon's National Anti-Corruption Strategy (2020-2025) and the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). It focuses on institutionalizing oversight and monitoring mechanisms, enacting and supporting specialized anti-corruption legislations, operationalizing a National Anti-Corruption Commission, and integrating risk management mechanisms in sectors vulnerable to corruption. A key element involves a National consultant-Senior Behavioral Diagnostics for Anti-Corruption and Governance, who will conduct a behavioral diagnostic review, identify foundational barriers and enablers, and synthesize stakeholder inputs to guide the development of a future strategy (NACS 2026-2030).
