Request for Proposal - Development of the Myanmar Education Joint Response Framework (JRF) 2026–2028

Objectives: The Myanmar Education Joint Response Framework (JRF) 2026–2028 will serve as a unified, evidence-based strategic framework to guide coordinated education sector planning, implementation, and financing among all stakeholders under the Education Sector Group (ESG). This strategic initiative aims to promote inclusive, equitable, and resilient education systems in Myanmar, focusing on addressing gender, disability, and displacement disparities. Its purpose is to cater to the needs of all children and youth, particularly those in vulnerable and conflict-affected areas, while aligning with national priorities and global education commitments. The consultancy will result in deliverables such as inception reports, strategic priorities, monitoring, evaluation components, and dissemination materials, conducted between September 2025 and February 2026 in coordination with UNESCO and the JRF Working Group.
