EOI - Design and Development of a Result Monitoring Dashboard for Off-Grid Energy Solutions - PERN

Objectives: The objective of this assignment is to develop and pilot a digital results monitoring dashboard for off-grid energy investments supported by the Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA). The dashboard will aggregate real-time usage and geolocation data from metered energy systems across multiple technology platforms and financial intermediaries. This will enable SEFA to assess performance, sustainability, and impact across its off-grid portfolio. Additionally, it will enhance SEFA’s ability to report against its logical framework for results management, as defined in the SEFA Strategic Framework and detailed in the SEFA Monitoring Handbook.
