AMI - RDC - Réalisation des études pour la mise en place d’une plateforme de négociation multilatérale au sein de la Banque Centrale du Congo et de la mise en place de la salle des marchés des titres publics - PADSFI

Objectives: The services under this contract include: analyzing the legal environment of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), particularly those governing the Central Bank of Congo, DGDP, and DGTCP, and proposing amendments if necessary. It also involves analyzing the Congolese financial market, proposing an approach for establishing a modern and internationally standard-compliant trading room in the DRC, developing a strategic plan for this establishment, estimating costs, and detailing the necessary human resources. Furthermore, the design of a procedural manual for the trading room's operation, identifying required changes to the current information system, and technological needs are covered too. It also includes formulating a training plan and proposing an administrative structure to manage risks effectively, suggesting appropriate office arrangements, and other essential needs for the trading room's proper functioning.
