Diagnóstico Estratégico para la Implementación del Sistema de Seguridad Pública

Eligibility criteria: Organizations eligible to apply must be registered consultancy firms from IDB (Inter-American Development Bank) member countries or eligible territories. These member countries include a wide range of nations from different continents. The consultancy firms must possess significant expertise related to the public security and justice sectors and should demonstrate their ability to perform tasks such as developing methodologies, conducting institutional analyses, and preparing reports with strategic and executive summaries. They should submit expressions of interest through the IDB's BEO procurement portal by 21 July 2025. Consultants can form consortia or joint ventures to strengthen their qualifications, designating one firm as the responsible party for communication and documentation. The maximum budget for this project is USD 30,000.
