Provision of Water Testing at the British High Commission Nairobi

Objectives: This tender is for the provision of water testing services at the British High Commission in Nairobi. The contracted work involves analyzing water samples in a UKAS-accredited laboratory, or local equivalent, using current ISO standard methods. The laboratory must participate in a microbiology proficiency testing scheme recognized by standards like ISO 17043. Alternative testing methods may be adopted if validated by ISO 17994. The contract is slated from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2028, with a possible one-year extension upon satisfactory performance. The estimated contract value is £160,000 including VAT.
