RFT: 2025/WRP/001, Request for tenders (RFT): Review and update the Weather Ready Pacific Decadal Investment Plan

Objectives: The Weather Ready Pacific Decadal Investment Plan was approved to build the capacity of Pacific National Hydrological Meteorological Services to manage extreme weather events. The Plan encompasses five Key Result Areas: Management and Coordination, Production of Forecasts and Warnings, Communication and Delivery of Forecasts to End-users, Infrastructure, and Capacity and Training. The Plan's objective is to enhance the region's ability to respond effectively to meteorological hazards by improving the operational capability of meteorological services and the integration of updated weather observation infrastructure.
