Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must originate from member countries or territories of the Inter-American Development Bank. These include but are not limited to countries like Germany, Argentina, Brazil, the United States, and territories such as the French Guiana, Hong Kong, and Aruba. Applicant firms should demonstrate relevant experience in data governance and consultancy. Firms may participate by forming consortiums or joint ventures, with one entity acting as the main point of contact. Additionally, all prospective firms must register in the BEO Procurement Portal and obtain a Business Partner Number. Expressions of Interest must be submitted in PDF format to the designated portal by the specified deadline. Previous registration details must be updated correctly to ensure participation eligibility. The estimated project budget stands at US$ 20,000. Interested parties must provide compelling evidence of their consulting experience, organizational capability, and technical competence to be considered for the consultancy services.
