Objectives: The primary objective of the tender is to secure the services of a Green Hydrogen Specialist for El Salvador as part of the 'Advancing a Regional Approach to Green Hydrogen Economy in Latin America and the Caribbean' project. This initiative is focused on creating optimal conditions to foster the hydrogen economy through regional experience sharing, culminating in the development of national strategic planning and financing proposals to be submitted to the Green Climate Fund and other international sources. Key tasks include contributing to inter-institutional groups in El Salvador, promoting local stakeholder participation in capacity-building initiatives, coordinating communication campaigns with relevant governmental bodies, and finalizing a comprehensive national roadmap for hydrogen development, drawing on local and regional feedback and collaboration.
