RFP 2025.11 Provision of Management Consulting Services. In order to access the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, please log-in as a registered Supplier (Account registration accessible on https://www.ungm.org/Account/Registration). If Bidder experience difficulties in accessing the RFP documents after having registered and expressed interest, please send an email to: unitaid-rfp@who.int Objective of the consultancy: To identify a suitable provider with a highly skilled management consulting firm to map and analyze the global health ecosystem and Unitaid’s position within it and prepare strategic options for Unitaid’s consideration. Qualification of Firm and Consultants: The supplier is required to assemble a team that can support the work described above, with sufficient project management oversight and seniority. The proposed consulting team should meet the following requirements: 1. Advanced understanding of the different levels of the Global Health ecosystem, the actors within it, and the past and present dynamics between those actors. 2. Deep understanding of and experience with Unitaid, the Global Fund, LMIC governments, communities and civil society, and other key actors across the global health architecture. 3. Extensive expertise in research, analysis, and workshop preparation, with prior experience framing and assessing strategic options in support of strategy reviews and institutional positioning. 4. Extensive experience working with the private sector, ministries, major global health institutions, and donors in areas directly related to the work to be performed. 5. Include an appropriate representation with regard to sex, a broad mix of backgrounds, skills and perspectives, and national and international experience, including in resource-limited settings; and 6. Proficiency in English and at least one team member proficient in French (ability to conduct interviews and interact with in-country stakeholders in French, if necessary). Bidders are invited to submit a proposal for the above-mentioned RFP in accordance with the documents attached in the "Tender Document" tab. Proposals must be submitted via UNGM, through the “RFP documents” tab and upload documents in “My Tender Return” no later than 17:00 hours Geneva time on 14 August 2025. This is a time-sensitive bid and extension of tender closing date is not feasible. Bidders are encouraged to plan and submit the proposals by this closing date.
