Tender description: Design, develop, deploy, and provide 12 months of technical support for the Threat Watch Platform (TWP) The CT EWN Threat Watch Platform The objective of this TOR is to procure the services of a qualified company to design, develop, deploy, and provide 12 months of technical support for the Threat Watch Platform (TWP) The CT EWN Threat Watch Platform is a centralized and user-friendly system with an intuitive user interface, designed to: Ccollect, collate, and disseminate internally among members of CT EWN critical counter-terrorism threat information from open sources using OSINT and AI tools; Mmonitor and synthetize publicly available information to counter the spread of violent extremist materials online; Ccollect and systematize information about CT and countering and preventing violent extremism (P/CVE) initiatives implemented in Central Asia by various partners; Eexchange information among members of CT EWN for Central Asia. The platform will be designed to get operationalized in a manner consistent with international human rights law, including gender equality standards, as well as adhering to international standards of privacy and data protection. It is designed for analytical purposes to be used by state institutions and civil society organizations working in the field of preventing and countering violent extremism (P/CVE) and countering terrorism.
