1. The Republic of Moldova has received a grant and loan agreement from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and intends to apply the grant funds for eligible payments under the contract for which this request for proposal is issued.

Within the framework of the Grant Agreement, part of the allocated funds will be used to finance the contract awarded within the framework of the procurement of Capital Repair Works of the buildings and external electricity and gas supply networks of the Căușeni Public Health Center.

2. The Public Institution "Unit for Coordination, Implementation and Monitoring of Projects in the Health Sector" (IP UCIMP DS) requests sealed bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of capital repair works of the buildings and external electricity and gas supply networks of the Căușeni Public Health Center

3. The auction will take place through the "Request for Bids" (RFB) procurement procedure in accordance with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers for Goods, Works, Non-Consulting Services and Consulting, dated July 2016 (revised in September 2023).

5. A complete set of tender documents in Romanian may be requested by interested eligible bidders upon submission of a written request to the email address below. The document will be sent via email.

6. Bids must be submitted to the address below before 03 November 2025, 10-00 hours . Electronic bidding is not permitted. Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly, in the presence of the designated representatives of the bidders and any persons wishing to attend, at the address below on 03 November 2025, 10-30 hours.

7. All offers must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee for participation in the auction in the amount of 430,000.00 MDL .
