Announcement Description
The Mekong River Commission Secretariat (MRCS) hereby invites sealed proposals from eligible companies for the Security Services to the Office of the MRC’s Regional Flood and Drought Management Centre in Phnom Penh in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A firm will be selected under the Quality and Costs Based Selection (QCBS) procedures described in this RFP and following the MRC regulations detailed in its Procurement Manual.
