Description:

Solicitation number 12639526Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for Purchase and deliver
complete Trane (or equal) split-system heat pump units as indicated on the attached equipment cutsheets. Purchase of Five (5) matched split-systems Air Handling Units (AHU-1 through AHU-5) and Heat Pump Condensers (HP-1
through HP-5), and One (1) larger-capacity Air Handling Unit and Heat Pump (AHU-6 / HP-6) for the Building 6101 NWS
Renovation Project.

All equipment shall be new, UL-1995 listed, AHRI certified. Contractors must comply with applicable codes,
environmental regulations in the State of Texas and local ordinances.
