Govt. of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the 7149-PK, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of IT Equipment and connectivity etc.,

National Health Support Program (NHSP) – Punjab now invites bids from eligible bidders / manufacturers for the Procurement of IT Equipment and Connectivity etc., for Referral Management System, H&PD Govt. of the Punjab.

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids One Envelope Process as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [updated to date], and is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from NHSP-Punjab, 05-Montgomery Road, Lahore during the office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM. Email: ps.nhsp@punjab.gov.pk.

The RFB document in English can be download from the website of Health & population Department (www.pshealth.punjab.gov.pk).

All the bids must be accompanied by a 1% bid security of estimated cost in the form of CDR / irrevocable Bank guarantee from any schedule bank of Pakistan in the favor of Project Director National Health Support Program (NHSP) - Punjab.

Sealed bids are required to be submitted by the bidders by hand or through courier on or before 30th December, 2025 till 02:00 PM positively in the, NHSP-Punjab Health & Population Department, 05-Montgomery Road, Lahore. The bids received till stipulated date & time shall be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

In case of any public holiday on last date of submission of bids, the next working shall be considered for the submission & opening of bids at the same time and place.
