The Council of Europe is an international organisation promoting co-operation between all countries of Europe in the areas of legal standards, human rights, democratic development, the rule of law and cultural co-operation.
The whole organization's activity is structured around three pillars: Human Rights, Rule of Law and Democracy, with an additional support pillar covering governing bodies, general services and other common expenditure lines.
Covers formal and informal education, training, and capacity-building activities that develop knowledge, skills, and institutional capabilities across all age groups.
Includes measures for improving well-being, inclusion, and resilience of individuals and communities through social services and protection systems.
