EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR POSITIONS OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS

Government of Sindh has received a DFID “Grant” through the World Bank to improve nutrition status of the people in the province under the program “Multi-Sectoral Action for Nutrition (MSAN)”. MSAN supports Government of Sindh’s Saaf Suthro Sindh (SSS) Program of WASH under Local Government Department and Agriculture for Nutrition (A4N) Project under Agriculture Department. Part of the proceeds of Grant under MSAN is intended to payments for following “Individual Consultants Services” to be procured under this project:

Qualification:

A Chartered Accountant/ACMA/ACCA/M.Com/ equivalent

Experience:

Documented experience of risk based internal or external audit for not less than 05 years.

Over all Experience of at least 5 years in the field of audit, accountancy, and ancillary services.

Experience of donor funded projects will be given preference.

Terms of Reference for this position can be accessed from website: www.lgdsindh.gov.pk by the interested candidates. Hard copies of ToRs can also be obtained from the office of the undersigned by making a written request.
Remuneration would be commensurate with the qualification and experience.
Applications / EOI responses with detailed CVs along with copies of testimonials should reach the office of the undersigned on or before Tuesday April 30, 2019 during office hours.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; as applicable, and no T.A/D.A shall be admissible. Project will also make arrangements for interview/validations through audio/visual means.
Selection shall be made in accordance with process stipulated in Section V of “Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011) [Revised July 2014]”.
