The U.S. Department of State has conducted market research to determine the degree of interest and capability by local U.S. Small Business and any corresponding local socio-economic small business interests in providing Packing and Crating and Hazmat Packing and Crating Services in the Lorton, VA area, in reference to sources-sought 19AQMM19N0060 submitted on August 8, 2019 for solicitation 19AQMM19R0399. The Department of State, Office of Acquisitions Management has determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to sole-source the corresponding contract effort to responsible small business firm, Alltranspack, Inc. in accordance with FAR subparts 6.302-1 and 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
