1.  ThisInvitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business o f 31th October2019.

2.  The Government of Mozambique has received a grant from the International Deve lopmentAssociation (IDA) toward the cost of the Financial Inclusion and Stability Project (FISP), and intends to apply part of theproceeds of this grant for payments under the contract for the Supply of Collateral RegistryHardware (Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Hardware, Middleware and Equipment Needed to Host the Movable CCollateral Reg Hardware

3.  Ministry of Economy and Finance now invites sealed bidsfrom eligible a idders for Supply of Collateral Registry Hardware. Bidders must quote for allitems.

4.&nb sp; Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive procurement (RFB) procedures as specifiedin the World Bank&rsqu o;s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018)(Procurement Regulations) and is op en to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the procurementregulations.

5.  Interested eligible bid ders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at theaddress given below from 8:30 am to 12:30 and from 14:0 0 to 15:30 hrs. The bidding document in English may be purchased byinterested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written app lication to the address below.

6.  Qualificationsrequirements include: furnish documentary evidence of technical, fina ncial and legal capacity and other criteria mentioned in theBidding Documents. Average annual turnover over the past two years shal l be at least USD 200,000 and at leastthree similar contracts (value and nature) in the past two years. A margin of preference foreligible national suppliers shall not be applied. Additional details are providedin the Bidding Documents.

7. All  Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 Hours o n 29 April 2020. Electronicbidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in t he presence of the bidders’representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:00 Hours on 29 April 2020.

8. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD5.00 0valid for a period of 148 days from the bid opening.
