RFQ - Strengthening Intermediary Organization to Respond to Violence Against Women Living with HIV and to Create an Enabling Legal Environment of HIV Response in Indonesia

UN Women assists UN Member States to develop global standards for gender equality and collaborates with governments and civil society to establish the laws, policies, programs and services required to ensure that the measures are effectively implemented and benefit women and girls worldwide. As part of its objectives in Indonesia, UN Women is requesting proposals for a strengthening intermediary organization to respond to violence against women living with HIV and to create an enabling legal environment of HIV response in Indonesia. The selected contractor will be required to build the knowledge and capacity of caseworkers in five new areas (NTT, North Sulawesi, North Sumatra, Lampung and West Kalimantan) including maintaining capacity in the previous five areas, carrying on the implementation as an intermediary organization, conducting a series of advocacy activities and other tasks assigned in the bid text.
