This is a Sources Sought Notice only.  This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, or a Request for Quotations, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract.  The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is for market research purposes only.  Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.  The USDA/Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting market research to support the USDA/ARS/SEA, Subtropical Horticulture Research Station, Miami, FL location.

Seeking contractor to provide:

A 12-month standard service plan for (1) EP1 System Serial Number 50098 including proprietary configuration and quality certification, extended coverage to include 1 on-site preventative maintenance per year, tier 2 on-site response, priority phone and email technical support, and software Updates.  Parts, labor, and travel included.

A 12-month standard service plan for (1) Biomark HD System Serial Number 90485 including proprietary configuration and quality certification, extended coverage to include 1 on-site preventative maintenance per year, tier 2 on-site response, priority phone and email technical support, and software Updates.  Parts, labor, and travel included.

A 12-month service plan for (2) IFC Controller HX serial number 10553 and serial number 10854 with extended coverage including repair center depot service and loaner program, parts and labor, and phone and email technical support.  Express shipment included.

A 12-month service plan for (1) IFC Controller RX serial number 100044 with extended coverage including repair center depot service and loaner program, parts and labor, and phone and email technical support.  Express shipment included.

A 12-month service plan for (1) FC1 Thermal Cycler serial number 60346 with extended coverage including repair center depot service and loaner program, parts and labor, and phone and email technical support.  Express shipment included.

Period of Performance for all service plans listed above:  09/28/2021-09/27/2022.

Responses should include:

Organization Name, address, contact phone number, e-mail address, and web site address.
