   Govt. Of The Islamic Republic Of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the 6548-PK, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Program Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU), Punjab Primary and Secondary Health Department (PSHD), Government of Punjab.

   Primary and Secondary Health Department (PSHD)   now invites bids from eligible bidders for the                   

       procurement of various lots of Family Planning Commodities ( Medicines & Devices) to  increase the  

       access to quality health services and economic and social inclusion programs among poor and                            vulnerable household  in selected districts in Punjab.

Bidding will be conducted through Open International Competitive Procurement using a Request   for Bids  (RFB) One Envelop Process as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [ July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018], and is open to all eligible Bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from PHFMC, Development Wing  Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, 15-Birdwood Road Lahore during the office hours from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. 

The bidding document in English may be downloaded free of cost from https://pshealthpunjab.gov.pk/. The document can be sent by e-mail or post as demanded by the interested bidder. The surface delivery of bidding documents will require payment of non-refundable amount of Pak Rs 5,000 only.

Sealed bids are required to be submitted by the Bidders by hand or through courier  on 14th September, 2021 till 02:00 PM positively in the, PHFMC , Development Wing, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, 15-Birdwood Road Lahore . The bids received till stipulated date & time shall be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Bids received after the date and time deadline receipt shall not be considered.
