Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has received financing from the World Bank and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) for Implementing the Bangladesh Rural Water, Sanitation & Hygiene for Human Capital Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the ‘Individual Consultant’ services.

The Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), now invites eligible applicant (“Consultant”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services as ‘Individual Consultant’. Interested individual consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualification and relevant experience to perform the Services as bellow:

The Applicants are invited to provide information in details indicating their qualification to perform the services (complete CV along with description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, education & general qualifications and all supporting documents).

The Consultants will be hired and contracted as per the “Selection of Individual Consultants (SIC)” method of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, Fourth Edition, November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”). Duration of the consultancy services under package no RWSSP-SD-03, 04, 05, 06, 07 & 08 will be approximately for 55 months or till project closing date, whichever is earlier.

Interested candidates may apply against any package for the position ‘Independent Verification Consultant’. Applications submitted against the package no: RWSSP-SD-03, 04, 05, 06, 07 and 08 will be evaluated collectively.

Expressions of interest must be submitted in a written form with consultant’s original signature to the PKSF office (in person, or by postal mail) in a sealed envelope along with softcopy (CD/DVD/Pen-drive)) by 12-01-2022 within 3:00 PM and clearly marked i) ‘Expression of Interest’, ii) contract package number, iii) name of the position applied for and iv) name and address of the individual consultant.

The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the EoIs or cancel the EoI process at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever and without incurring any liability to the affected applicant(s).
