  1. Bosnia and Herzegovina and Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, through the Sub-agreement with Bosnia and Herzegovina has received a Loan Agreement from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development – IBRD towards the cost of Real Estate Registration Project, Additional financing, and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Services of Harmonization Data on Cadastre and Land Book - Phase II, Contract Identification No.: BA-RERPAF-9048-BA-FBiH-NC-RFB-22-A.2.1.1.2. 

2. The Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Services of Harmonization Data on Cadastre and Land Book - Phase 1, for certain Cadastral Municipalities from the following Municipalities, as follows:

Lot 1:  Municipalities/Cities: Mostar, itluk, Ljubuški, Tomislavgrad, Široki Brijeg.

Lot 2:  Municipalities/Cities: apljina, Stolac, Foa u FBiH, Sanski Most, Graanica, Biha, Busovaa, Travnik, Novi Travnik, Vogoša, Kakanj, Vareš, Zenica

         (Contract: BA-RERPAF-9048-BA-FBiH-NC-RFB-22-A.2.1.1.2./2)

Lot 3:  Municipalities/Cities: Gradaac, Kalesija, Lukavac, Odak, Orašje, Srebrenik, Tuzla, ivinice

3.     Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – July 2016, Revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020. (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.     Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Unit for Implementation of Real Estate Registration Project, Sarajevo, Hamdije Kreševljakovia 96, Office No 4, Dino Šerer, email: dino.serer@fgu.com.ba, and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08.00 to 16.00 hours at the address given below. 

5.              The bidding document (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of BAM 150. The method of payment will be by payment order. The document will be sent by email or can be collected at the FGA premises in person or by an authorized representative. 

6.     Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 28, 10:00 h local time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on April 28, 10:00 h local time.

7.    Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security Declaration.

8.        Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
