REQUEST FOR BIDS Grant No. TF-A3352 The Government of Balochistan has received financing from Multi Donors Trust Fund (MDTF) administered by the World Bank for the Governance & Policy Project in Balochistan, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of IT Equipment and Local Area Networking for Public Accounts Committee (PAC), Activity No. PK-GPP BALOCHISTAN-271236-GO-RFB. |

Interested eligible bidders may download the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) gpp.org.pk/procurement/ or can be obtained from below mentioned address during official hours 9:00am to 05:00pm Monday to Friday. Software must be deployed on specified locations (All districts of Balochistan) within mentioned time.
Terms and Conditions:
- The Firms/Bidder must qualify the qualifying criteria set forth in the bidding documents.
- Bids must be submitted to the below mentioned office on or before 11:30 Am on 16th June, 2022 and will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:45 Am.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security @ 02% of the Bid Amount in the name of Coordinator, Governance Policy Project (GPP) Balochistan, (NTN/FTN: 9040202-2).
- A Pre-bid meeting will be held at Project Office on 08th June, 2022 at 12:00Pm.
- The Prices indicated in the Price Schedule shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties. The price of other (incidental) services, if any, may be mentioned separately.
- The Procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding (NCB), “Guidelines Procurement of Goods, Works, And Non-Consulting Services Under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011) revised July 2014”.
