201-2022-UNDP-UKR-RFP-Dia - Long Term Agreement to provide software development services linked to expanding the functionality of the Diia mobile application

Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Software development services linked to expanding the functionality of the Diia mobile application.

Please be guided by the forms attached hereto in preparing your Proposal.

Proposals may be submitted till 06.06.2022, Monday, 10:00 AM (GMT +3:00) Kyiv time / 03:00 AM (GMT -4:00) New York time via e-Tendering following the link:www.etendering.partneragencies.org

The Pre-Bidding Conference for potential offerors will be held on 23.05.2022, 11:00 (Kyiv time) via Zoom.

Interested bidders are required to register for Pre-Bidding Conference by submitting their company name, contact information to the following email: procurement.ua@undp.org. Subject: 201-2022-UNDP-UKR-RFP-Dia – Pre-Bidding Conference Registration

Please acknowledge receipt of this RFP by sending an email to procurement.ua@undp.org, indicating whether you intend to submit a Proposal or otherwise, please utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in e-Tendering system. Once registered, bidders have to insert under the field "Event ID" the following: "UKR10  in the first box, and "2021-201" in the second box and click the Search button.

To obtain clarifications or comments regarding the tender please send e-mail request to  procurement.ua@undp.org pointing out the number of the tender 201-2022-UNDP-UKR-RFP-Dia in subject, and providing information about the title of the company, your name and position.
