If you are already registered, the system will take you directly to the bid and the documents can be found in the "Bidding documents" tab. All questions and/or clarifications will be received through this portal after registration, ensuring that the order reference number is included in the subject line of correspondence. Dear Sir/Madam, Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for services to UN Women - Hiring of a specialized company to provide a service aimed at implementing a communication strategy / dissemination of results in the area of women's economic empowerment - Impact 2s The Entity of the United Nations for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) seeks quotation(s) for the procurement of services as described in Annex I of this request for quotation. 1. To prepare a suitable proposal, the contents of the following documents must be properly analyzed and understood: a. This Invitation Letter b. Annex 1 - Terms of Reference (ToR) c. Annex 2 - Technical and Financial Proposal d. Annex 3 - De minimis Service Agreement and General Conditions of Agreement e. Annex 4 - Voluntary Gender Promotion Agreement f. Annex 5 - Eligibility Criteria 2. A contract may be awarded to the supplier that has submitted the quotation with the best cost/benefit ratio, ie, the lowest price and in accordance with the technical requirements among the offers submitted. 3. UN Women intends to issue the contract as presented here in the RFQ documentation. Therefore, bidders must ensure due diligence regarding legal review and the ability to comply with all contract terms and conditions prior to submitting their quote. The submission of the quotation will be confirmation that the UN Women contract included here is accepted. 4. In the event that two (2) quotations are evaluated and they are in the same position in the ranking in terms of technical qualification and price, UN Women will choose the company that is owned by women or that has the majority of its employees composed by women. In the event that both companies are owned by women or have a majority of female employees, UN Women will ask both of them for a final best offer and will make a final comparison of the competitors. 5. Suppliers, their subsidiaries, agents, intermediaries and directors must cooperate with the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services (OSSI), the United Nations Women's Internal Audit and Investigations Group (IAIG), as well as other investigations authorized by the Executive Director and with the UN Ethics Office, as and when necessary. Such cooperation shall include (but is not limited to) the following: access to all employees, representatives, agents and assigns of the supplier; as well as the production of all requested documents, including financial records. Failure to fully cooperate with the investigations will be considered sufficient grounds for UN Women to repudiate and terminate the contract, in addition to excluding and removing the supplier from the list of UN Women registered suppliers. 8.
