1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Emergency COVID-19” Project under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of autoclave with a volume of 50 liter.
2. Hereby, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic invites eligible bidders to shall submit their bids online, through the State electronic procurement system of the Kyrgyz Republic (https://proc.okmot.kg/sopp/view/orders/tender-doc/preview.xhtml?cid=2 or number
   220617335853390) no later than 14-00 hours on June 27, 2022.  
3. Bidding will be conducted through the local procurement procedures “Law on the Public Procurement of the Kyrgyz Republic as of April 2015, revised in June 2019 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement law.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mrs. Toktorbaeva Zhyldyz, PIU Director, e-mail: covid19.meskg@gmail.com  and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09-00 to 18-00 hours at the address given below.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in Russian languages may be reviewed on the Public Procurement System of the Kyrgyz Republic by the link indicated in point 2. 

1. Electronic bid must be submitted online by or before 14-00 (local time- Bishkek) June 27, 2022. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened by the system online, through the State electronic procurement system.
2. The bid application shall be submitted with a Bid Security in form of Declaration (from the Standard Bidding Documents of the Kyrgyz Republic);
