The National Center of the Trade Register by abbreviation "CNRC" is a public institution created by the decree n° 63-249 of July 10th, 1963 under the initial denomination " the national office of industrial property (ONPI (", and taking the denomination of CNRC by the Decree n°73-188 of November 21st, 1973, with field of competence consisting in the centralization of the Trade Register issued by the court clerks .
The National Center of the Trade Register is an independent administrative institution, under the aegis of the Trade Minister from March 1997.
In terms of legal dispositions in force, the establishment is charged of:
Taking charge of trade register keeping, ensuring the respect by the economic operators of the obligations relating to the inscription in the Trade Register and organizing the practical modalities linked to these operations, in accordance with the legislative provisions and regulation in force ;
Organizing all obligatory legal publications to inform the third party about the various changes that occurred in the legal situation of traders and business assets and the powers of administration and management structures;
Keeping the public register of sales and / or pledges of business assets as well as the register of tools and equipment pledge ;
Keeping the public register of movable property and business assets leasing
