Senior Manager-Planning

Specific duties included:

• Preparation of Project Concept Papers for potential funding from Financiers;
• Undertaking Planning process for Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in the Agency;
• Preparation of Terms of Reference and Request for Proposals (RFPs);
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Bidding Documents;
• Coordination of the undertaking of Road Condition Surveys and preparation of relevant Reports such as the Road Condition Survey, Asset Valuation and Maintenance Needs Reports;
• Coordinate the preparation of the short term Road Sector Annual Work Plan;
• Assisting in the preparation implementation and monitoring of long term planning such as the Road SIP Sector Programme;
• Production of Monthly and Quarterly Reports for the Planning Unit;
• Coordination of Team undertaking data processing in HDM-4 and formulation of the Road Network Needs Report; and
• Coordination of liaison on Parliament issues such as providing responses to Parliamentary Queries and Government Assurances.
