Contract description: The overall objective of the project is to ensure compliance of Kosovo B Thermal Power Plan with the Energy Community Treaty requirements in particular with Large Combustion Plant (LCP) and Industrial Emission (IE) Directives requirements regarding the Dust and NOx emissions.
The project consists of all activities required to conduct the preliminary design, the technical, functional and performance specifications, the comprehensive breakdown of costs including estimations, the work plan and prepare the tender dossier documentation for the implementation of the works related to the installation of the new dust filters including the related internal ash transport system and the De-NOx system in order to fulfil the LCP and IE Directives' requirements. In addition, the Contractor will provide a technical and administrative assistance to the Contracting Authority (EUOK) and Beneficiaries during works contract tendering and evaluation.
Contract duration: 15 months
