DuoDEC founded in 2003, provides design, supervision, consulting, and engineering services for domestic and foreign clients. Company's core consists of experts for all kinds of structure works, buildings, bridges, tunnels, underground structures, industrial plants, etc. DuoDEC engineers are capable of managing the most complex structure and building designs and construction.

DuoDEC has national license for design & supervision of structural works (bridges, tunnels, metro) on national roads and railways, issued in 2010 by responsible Ministry.

DuoDEC business philosophy is to be partner or leader in joint companies undertaking complex projects, when different experts' knowledge is required. The idea is to be small, flexible, to comprise high-profile experts, on one hand, and to fulfill specific requirements for taking part in bigger project teams, on the other hand. Following this strategy, DuoDEC has an external team of experts (architects, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers) that enable company to completely design or review complex projects.
