Water and Sanitation (WASH)

• Developed CWIS (Citywide Inclusive Sanitation) plans for 40+ cities spanning across six countries , covering feasibility studies, master planning, detailed engineering report preparation, and thematic frameworks for enabling environment development.
• Expertise includes lifecycle cost assessments, business model development, tariff option finalization, and affordability assessments.
• Innpact pioneered a geospatial approach to CWIS planning, which is being published as a book by the International Water Association (IWA).

Climate Change and Adaptations

• Specializes in climate risk modeling across four thematic areas: urban flooding and waterlogging, heat stress, wind magnitude, and air pollution.
• Assessments are data-neutral, relying entirely on secondary sources such as past satellite imagery, and can be applied globally.
• Recent projects of Bhubaneshwar and Surat focus on hotspot identification, vulnerability mapping, and implementing nature-based solutions for mitigation.

Geoinformatics and Web Dashboard

• Advanced use of deep learning and AI in geospatial assessments, leveraging high-resolution satellite imagery and image processing techniques.
• Use cases include economic vulnerability mapping, water pollution intensity assessments, urban growth projections, and shoreline/riverine change analysis.
• Extensive involvement in digital twin and dashboard development (both open source and ArcGIS based) for real estate, transport, and climate change applications, particularly in GCC countries.

Tourism Development

• Expertise in destination development, product identification, branding, marketing, transaction advisory, and PPP-based investment attraction across diverse geographies and themes.
• Co-founder of Innpact led India’s first water villa project from conceptualization to work award through competitive international transaction advisory, with NITI Aayog (Government of India’s premier think tank) steering the process.
• Recent projects include destination development in Sikkim under the Ministry of Tourism’s Swadesh Darshan scheme.
