Fidelity Consultancy Services has been founded by highly motivated and experienced professionals with many years of expertise in working with donors, UN agencies, non-governmental organizations, the Afghan government, civil society and in-depth knowledge of small and medium enterprise development. FCS is a limited liability company (LLC) registered with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA).

We believe that effective, successful small and medium enterprises can make a significant difference in society by providing jobs, offering products and services that improve the quality of life and contributing to the overall health of the national economy. Our mission is to support the small medium enterprise sector through robust business development services.
