Objectives: The main objective of this contract is to create a shift in the narrative and perception between two continents, specifically targeting young audiences. This involves changing the donor-recipient narrative to one of partnership, focusing on joint investment for a shared future. Specifically, the contract aims to design and initiate new waves of the 'Power of &' campaign to inform and engage young audiences in Paraguay, showcasing inspirational examples of the benefits from EU investments within the framework of the Global Gateway strategy. By the end of the campaign, the audience is expected to have a more positive understanding of the Global Gateway values and view the EU as a key partner.
