Description

The Consular Section of the Embassy provides a comprehensive range of American citizen and visa services for Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Tonga, Tuvalu and the French South Pacific territory of French Polynesia, New Caledonia and Wallis and Futuna.

The Embassy aims to provide such services in an efficient, polite and timely way and is driven by goals such as strengthening security partnerships in the Pacific Islands, enhancing interoperability and boosting the security capabilities of Pacific Island states.

The Embassy is also extensively involved in peace and security, health development and social awareness as part of its operations. In addition, it is dedicated to developing domains such as education, sports, culture, health, climate, oceans and environmental programs that allow the United States to reach out to the people of the Pacific Islands.
