The US Embassy in Sudan is a diplomatic mission that aims to advance US interests and assist and protect US people in Sudan. The United States helps vulnerable communities in Sudan, particularly those displaced or adversely affected by war and also assists the country to develop an inclusive, transparent and democratic society by strengthening the resilience of vulnerable communities and fostering inclusive economic growth. The US government continues to prioritize initiatives that enable women, youth and underprivileged populations to play a significant role in laying the groundwork for Sudan's democratic basis and developing economic possibilities.
