Mr. Abrar boasts extensive experience and proficiency in data management and analysis, delving into data exploration and trend identification. Since 20210, he has executed surveys using diverse software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and SPSS, alongside employing electronic and mobile data collection platforms such as Kobo Collect and CommCare, as well as Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for studies with more 70,000 sample.

 

He has led National Evaluation Capacity Development Initiatives, developed M&E Framework and systems around SDG 2030 indicators, and conducted capacity building of staff from federal and provincial governments ministries and department under National Evaluation Capacity Development initiative by UN. Proficiently facilitated capacity building initiatives aimed at empowering individuals with comprehensive skills in utilizing various MS Office tools and features.
