How long does a job stay live for?
Jobs stay live for 30 days. Jobs will only expire after the stated deadline or when they exceed 30 days. Any expired jobs can be re-published without the need to re-enter the requirements. It is possible to choose how candidates apply to your jobs by either providing a link to your website or an email address that allows users to apply directly from the DevelopmentAid website.
How does the Advanced Database credit system work?
Instead of having a daily download, such as the one found in our Default CV Database, the Advanced Database uses a credit system that allows users to preview any CV. Previewing will hide only personal information, keeping everything else intact. Using a credit will allow the name and contact details to be displayed and the CV to be downloaded in each of the five formats available (DevelopmentAid, EC, ADB, AfDB, WB).
How can our company's shortlists/awards be updated?
It is possible to link your organization's past projects to your profile on DevelopmentAid to increase its visibility. This enables organizations to seek out partners by using search filters that correspond to the locations of an organizations' awards, as well as being able to choose partners based on specific donor experience.
Do you provide introductory sessions for new users?
DevelopmentAid provides both introductory as well as refresher training sessions for members. Tailored to the services that you have subscribed to, this training is personalized and focuses on sharing valuable information about using the search facility efficiently, as well as offering the opportunity to explore additional tools. Our customer support team can also provide personalized advice about how to improve your search criteria and answer any questions you may have.
Is DevelopmentAid compliant with the GDPR?
DevelopmentAid is fully devoted to protecting users' personally identifiable information. Each individual registered on the website has the ability to hide certain information such as their phone number or email address, as well as being able to hide their complete profile. A copy of their personal information can be downloaded and the right to be forgotten can be exercised by deleting the registered profile from DevelopmentAid.

Members testimonials
We are using DevelopmentAid regularly, on a daily basis, and are very happy with it, particularly with the early intelligence/forecast feature about tenders, that some other databases do not have. Also, the expert database is quite large.
