·     Experience in maintenance of heavy equipment, trucks and Light vehicle

·     Experience in designing, construction and maintenance of road infrastructure

·     Over 15 years' experience in Mechanical design/Manufacturing and Project Management in heavy industry in compliance to US government regulations (EPA, DOT)

·     Advised clients on the company’s products and services

·     Project Management, Planning and budgeting skills.

·     Proven excellent relationships with senior managers, technical staffs, OEM, Contractors, consultants and suppliers

·     Full understanding of mining operations and Fleet maintenance process and operations

·     High level communication and presentation skills, and willingness to work in a team environment

·     Outstanding German/French/English communication skills written and verbal (including email)

·     Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·     Strong supervisory and leadership skills and ability to work in a culturally diversified workforce.
