Contract description: Business Intelligence, Data Science and Related Technologies: Qlik 
The purpose is to establish acquisition and maintenance channels for business intelligence, data science technical capabilities and related technologies:
• Lot 2: Qlik.

Services: 
 Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics services;
 Provision of data analytics and reporting requests;
 Analysis, design, adaptation, implementation, testing and deployment of new and existent Business Intelligence modules, such as Datawarehouse (DW), Extract-Load-Transform (ETL) processes, reports, dashboards;
 Design, implementation, test and deployment of new reporting processes;
 Analysis, adaptation, testing and deployment of existent reporting processes;
 Integration of business processes in Business Intelligence applications/systems;
 Alignment of the BI applications/systems to EMSA Applications continuous evolutions.
 Adaptation of the BI core software (JASPER/Qlik) to EMSA environments and technical landscape.

Description of renewals: For the provision of maintenance services, the FWCs may be renewed up to 2 times for 12 months each time only before expiry of the FWCs and with the express written agreement of the parties.
