Detailed description of the project:

Identify in a quantitative and qualitative manner, the indicators and values of the baseline, necessary for a subsequent evaluation of results and integral impact of the Program in the targeted regions and in the selected populations (control and treatment group)". The above will make it possible to establish a diagnosis that will guide "the actions of the State agencies, of international cooperation that make up the strategic and programmatic committees of the Program and other institutions and civil society organizations that develop complementary actions".
