Official Status Management Platform

Description: 
Currently, WOAH manages the submission by Members of relevant documentation for the procedures described above, the screening/evaluation of such documentation and the communication between WOAH and Members via email and an online system for the procedure of annual reconfirmations. The current management format is challenging due to the large quantity of documents submitted and the number of communications before, during, and after the revision process. For that reason and in order to facilitate the work of Members and WOAH staff, digitalise our processes, and support the collection and analyses of data, a centralised system is highly needed to be developed. The development of such a system is also in line with the digital transformation of WOAH.

Contract period:
The duration of the contract for the Firm Tranche is 7 to 8 months from the date of the contract’s notification.
